SDM313 PNEUMATIC LINEAR DEPANELER MACHINE

SDM313 is pneumatic driven depanelizer for medium to high volume production.

Operator pushes the PCB along the score line into the gap of linear blades. After activate the foot switch, a bur-free cuts completed easily. Since the maximum blade opening is 2mm, there is no safety risk.

• Separate PCBs even if sensitive components are 0.5mm from the score line and thickness under 1mm.

• Boards are separated by rocking motion, eliminate stress caused by traditional parallel blades.

• Wedge-shaped blades separate board without bending or breaking.
